Le Chalet
The barn of the chateau has been converted to make a sunny gite with spectacular views. Perfect for a couple, the chalet can be rented individually or alongside the chateau.
The entrance to the chalet opens into a kitchen diner, with terracotta flooring and traditional stone walls. Full height folding doors open onto the terrace with gas barbecue, seating, and access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker and all the equipment you'll need for enjoying fresh local produce. An oak dining table seats six.
From the dining area, stairs lead up to the mezzanine master bedroom and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
A separate lounge has sofas, a wood-burning stove, TV with UK and French channels and DVD player. This room can be converted to a second bedroom with double sofa bed, suitable for smaller children. There is wifi throughout the house.
The chalet is surrounded by a garden with old walls, lawns for playing or lounging, and uninterrupted views over the countryside around.
Le Chalet does not have a swimming pool, unless you are also renting Le Château.
